CHRISTOPHE DELONG Coordinateur d’Autonomie

Votre autonomie, notre expertise Aide à domicile premium avec coordination personnalisée et gestion totale des démarches dans l’Ouest Parisien

For years, I saw patients fall at home, remain on the floor for hours, sometimes an entire night. I saw families tormented by the fear of leaving their parent alone, even for a few hours. I saw caregivers exhausted, without reliable support.

This is where teleassistance changes everything. It is not a gadget. It is not a luxury. It is an essential safety net. A connected watch, an emergency button, a fall detector — all these allow older adults or people with disabilities to stay at home without putting their lives at risk.

But teleassistance alone is not enough. It must be integrated into a coherent system. If an alert goes off and no one knows how to respond, the promise is misleading. That is why, in Jamacare, teleassistance is never isolated. It is connected to care assistants, families, and coordinators. Every signal triggers a clear, traceable action.

That is where my role as an autonomy coordinator makes sense. I ensure an alert does not remain just a beep. It is understood, interpreted, and acted upon. Behind every button, there must be a human response.

I believe the future of home care relies on this dual alliance: the human presence of care assistants and the continuous vigilance of teleassistance. One without the other is not enough. Together, they make safe autonomy possible.

With Jamacare, I wanted to create this continuum. So families can sleep peacefully. So older adults can live without fear. So caregivers can breathe again.
