We often talk about general medicine, specialties, or rehabilitation. But I believe it is time to recognize a new discipline: autonomy coordination.
This discipline does not yet officially exist. And yet, it is essential. It rests on three pillars:
Care assistants, who ensure daily life,
Teleassistance, which secures the gaps,
Administrative support, which frees families.
My experience as a physician gave me a clinical perspective. My role as a coordinator adds an organizational one. And the technology Kinexa is developing will soon provide us with additional tools.
With Jamacare, I want to demonstrate that this discipline is possible, useful, and urgent. It is not utopia. It is a reality we can build right now.
I believe that twenty years from now, we will look back and wonder why we waited so long. Because dependency is not destiny. With intelligent, human, and technological coordination, it can be experienced differently. And that is the mission I chose to embrace.
