However, the Universal Employment Service Cheque (CESU) Declarative system is the institutional tool designed to make this management accessible to private individuals, but it requires an expert to guarantee its rigor.
My role is to alleviate the stress by taking charge of this entire management. I am Christophe Delong, SAP Auto-entrepreneur specializing in home administrative assistance. My service completely outsources the employer’s mental load:
Legal Formalization: Registration of the private employer with Urssaf/CESU and drafting of the compliant employment contract.
Payroll Management: Monthly declaration of hours and salary on the CESU platform, calculation of contributions, and anticipation of paid leave remuneration.
Compliance: Monitoring compliance with labor law and conventional obligations (National Collective Agreement for Employees of Private Employers).
