The Disability Compensation Benefit (PCH) aims to fund personalized assistance to compensate for disability. My experience as a former PRM doctor has taught me that for people with disabilities (especially those with complex rehabilitation and autonomy maintenance needs), the assistance must be flexible, stable, and highly qualified, capable of integrating with care protocols.
The provider model, with its turnover and changes in caregivers, is often an obstacle to the proper application of protocols.
Direct Employment (Gré à Gré) is the most suitable organizational tool for PCH. It offers the freedom to:
Choose a caregiver who understands the imperatives of the disability and specific technical gestures.
Adapt schedules to fluctuating needs (medical appointments, social/professional life).
Retain this essential help through better compensation.
My intervention is essential for this alliance. I support you so that this freedom never turns into administrative complexity. It is Christophe Delong who acts as Autonomy Coordinator and Home Administrative Assistant to:
Secure financial management: alignment of employer cost with the PCH rate.
Secure administration: seamless management of CESU contracts to guarantee legality.
Facilitate coordination: integration of the caregiver’s role with medical recommendations
