The main argument of providers is the « replacement guarantee » in case of absence. However, faced with the shortage of caregivers, this promise often results in an unknown, poorly trained replacement, or worse, no service at all. It is a costly fiction.

Loyalty Lever: By offering better pay (see Post 6), we guarantee the caregiver’s involvement and loyalty, drastically reducing the risk of unforeseen absence.
Strategic Support Plan: I help you build a small « team » of 2 or 3 people (or integrate family caregivers for certain hours) for natural relays known to the beneficiary.
Administrative Management of Replacement: In case of planned or unplanned absence, I manage the implementation of the amendment or replacement contract, and the associated CESU declarations, ensuring legal compliance.
Christophe Delong is the guarantor of this organization. The beneficiary is never alone when faced with the unexpected. Security is not an « insurance » paid dearly to a distant structure, but a well-managed professional and human organization.
