The major reform set to take effect in December is a profound transformation. Funding is secured, but the procedure is more demanding. As the Autonomy Coordination Manager responsible for administrative aid and home helpers, my mission is to ensure that this new, more complex system translates into concrete freedom for the beneficiary by streamlining relationships with caregivers and administration.
Coordination Leadership and the Team’s Operational Roadmap
The optimistic scenario is that our coordination becomes the logistical master builder of the system. We articulate specialized prescription, rapid AP acquisition, PCH fund reinvestment in human assistance (coordinating home helpers), and SAV monitoring. Success will be measured by the quality of life of beneficiaries and the improvement of working conditions for our home helpers.
The pessimistic scenario is the failure of this articulation. If Social Workers fail in PCH advocacy, human assistance will not be strengthened, jeopardizing the work of our home helpers. If coordination fails to streamline the AP deadlines, the FR will arrive too late. My role is to facilitate information exchange between the different stakeholders (caregivers, administration, home helpers) without ever encroaching on their area of competence or hierarchical authority.

Social Resources: Advocate for PCH reinvestment and administrative management of balances (Social Workers).
Operational Coordination: Ensure proper organization of human assistance and feedback on equipment (Home Helpers).
