CHRISTOPHE DELONG Coordinateur d’Autonomie

Votre autonomie, notre expertise Aide à domicile premium avec coordination personnalisée et gestion totale des démarches dans l’Ouest Parisien

When people talk about dependency, they often think in terms of costs, systems, or financial plans. But as a physician, I learned to see something else: faces, gestures, moments of life.

Home care is not just a logistical service. It is the possibility, for an older adult or a person with disabilities, to remain dignified in their daily life. To still choose their meals, dress according to their taste, go outside for fresh air. It is the chance not to be reduced to a pathology, but to remain a person — with desires, habits, and dreams.

Care assistants are the guardians of that dignity. They know that behind helping someone get up lies preserved autonomy. That behind a shared meal lies maintained social life. But for them to fulfill this role, they need support, training, and clear coordination.

This is where I come in, as an autonomy coordinator. My role is to ensure home care is not reduced to tasks, but envisioned as a project of dignity. That is why in Jamacare, care assistants are central, supported by a system where teleassistance extends their presence and secures their actions.

I believe the real revolution is not inventing countless gadgets. It is giving true meaning back to home care, placing it at the heart of a human and reliable organization.
