CHRISTOPHE DELONG Coordinateur d’Autonomie

Votre autonomie, notre expertise Aide à domicile premium avec coordination personnalisée et gestion totale des démarches dans l’Ouest Parisien

In rehabilitation, I learned that every detail matters. The height of a chair, the angle of an elbow, the rhythm of an exercise. In organization, it is the same: autonomy is won in the details of daily life. And one of the most decisive details is the schedule.

Too often, I saw patients surrounded by motivated care assistants but poorly coordinated. Last-minute changes, absences not replaced, hours that did not match actual needs. The result: stress for families, fatigue for caregivers, insecurity for the fragile person.

As an autonomy coordinator, I believe a schedule is not just an Excel sheet: it is a health tool. Well-designed, it prevents falls, supports autonomy, and reassures families. Poorly designed, it undermines the entire system.

That is why in Jamacare, schedules are treated as clinical instruments: adapted, monitored, and adjusted according to the person’s evolution. They are not fixed; they evolve with the patient. And they integrate teleassistance, to cover the moments when no one is physically present.

My experience as a physician taught me how to read a medical report. Today, I read a schedule in the same way. And I know that if we want older adults to remain safely at home, we must treat organization with the same rigor as clinical care.
